By creating an account or using Reeto, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 16 years old to use Reeto. If you are creating an account on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business to these terms.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you believe your account has been compromised. You must provide accurate information and keep it current.
2. Organisations, seats and roles
An account belongs to an organisation. The person who creates it is the Owner.
The Owner may invite members up to the seat limit of the current plan and assign roles. Roles carry different permissions, including who may manage billing, who may create or delete brands, and who may edit or approve content. Pending invitations count against the seat limit.
The Owner is responsible for their organisation’s use of Reeto, including the conduct of every member they invite, and for all charges incurred.
3. Plans, billing and cancellation
Plans
Reeto is offered on a free plan and on paid subscription plans. Plans differ in the number of brands and seats permitted, monthly render allowances, and whether exports carry a watermark. Current plans and prices are shown on the pricing page.
Every paid plan includes the full creative product. We do not withhold templates, layouts or editing tools between paid tiers.
Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance through Stripe, as you choose on the pricing page. By subscribing you authorise us to charge your payment method on each renewal date until you cancel.
We do not offer trials that convert automatically into annual charges. Any trial and its terms will be stated plainly before you begin it.
Price changes
We may change prices. Existing subscribers receive at least 30 days’ notice by email before a change takes effect, and may cancel before it applies.
Cancellation
You may cancel at any time from the billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep access until then. We do not provide partial refunds for unused time except where required by law.
Downgrades
If you downgrade to a plan permitting fewer brands or seats, you must bring your usage within the new limits. We may restrict access to brands or seats over the limit until you do. We do not delete your data because of a downgrade.
Failed payments
If payment fails we may suspend access after reasonable notice. Your data remains available for 60 days from suspension, after which we may delete it.
4. Your content
You own it
You retain all rights in the material you upload to Reeto and in the content you create using it: your ideas, text, photographs, logos, brand guidelines and finished posts.
The licence you give us
You grant RohiLabs a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, process, transmit, adapt and display your content, solely to operate the service for you. This licence includes sending your content to our AI providers so they can generate and review output on your behalf. It ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies retained in backups until they are purged.
We do not use your content to train models, and we do not sell it.
Your responsibility
You confirm that you own, or have all necessary rights to use, everything you upload, and that your content does not infringe anyone else’s rights.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use Reeto to:
- Upload or process material you do not own or have permission to use
- Upload a third party’s design, artwork or post for the purpose of reproducing it, or of producing output substantially similar to it
- Impersonate a person, business or brand you do not represent
- Create content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or that sexualises minors
- Create content that is deceptive, including false claims, invented testimonials, or fabricated endorsements
- Infringe any intellectual property or privacy right
- Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract our source code, templates or prompts
- Resell, sublicense or make the service available to third parties except through the team features we provide
- Circumvent plan limits, watermarks or access controls
- Interfere with the service, its infrastructure, or other users
- Scrape or extract data from the service by automated means, other than through interfaces we provide
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this section, without refund.
Reference images
Where the service allows you to upload a reference image, it is analysed only to extract abstract design characteristics, and is deleted immediately afterwards. You must not upload a reference for the purpose of reproducing a specific existing design. Layouts generated from a reference remain private to your organisation and cannot be published to any shared library.
6. Our intellectual property
RohiLabs and its parent company own Reeto, including the software, the render pipeline, the layout system, our template library, our design patterns and prompt systems, the Reeto name and marks, and all associated intellectual property.
Templates and layouts. We grant you a non-exclusive licence to use our templates and layouts to create content for yourself or for your clients, for any lawful purpose including commercial use, for as long as your account is in good standing.
You may not extract, redistribute, resell or make our templates or layout definitions available as a competing product or template library.
Output. Content you create using our templates is yours. Our licence covers the underlying template, not the finished work you make with it.
7. Artificial intelligence and output
Reeto uses AI models to research, write and review content. You should understand and accept the following.
Output is not guaranteed. AI-generated text and design may contain errors, inaccuracies or claims that do not reflect your business. You are responsible for reviewing everything before you publish it.
Verify factual claims. Do not publish statistics, prices, dates, guarantees or claims about your business without checking them. We are not responsible for the consequences of publishing unverified output.
Similar output. AI systems can produce similar results for similar inputs. We do not warrant that output is unique, and we cannot guarantee it does not resemble content produced elsewhere.
Brand checks are advisory. Our brand review stage flags likely problems. It is a quality aid, not a legal, regulatory or compliance review. You remain responsible for your own compliance obligations.
Availability. AI providers may change, restrict or discontinue their models. We may substitute providers or models, which may change output characteristics.
8. Third-party services
Reeto integrates third-party services including Stripe, Google Cloud, Anthropic, Supabase, Vercel and Pexels, and may integrate social platforms for publishing. Your use of those services is subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party services or their availability.
Stock photography obtained through integrated providers is licensed under that provider’s terms, and you must comply with them.
9. Availability and changes
We aim to keep Reeto available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, and we may modify, suspend or discontinue features.
If we discontinue a material feature or the service entirely, we will give at least 30 days’ notice to paying subscribers and a pro-rata refund for any prepaid unused period.
10. Termination
You may terminate at any time by cancelling and deleting your account.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, if we are required to by law, or if your use creates risk or liability for us or other users. Where circumstances allow, we will give notice and an opportunity to fix the problem.
On termination, your right to use Reeto ends. You may export your content before deleting your account. After deletion we remove your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
11. Disclaimers
Reeto is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, that output will meet your requirements, or that use of Reeto will produce any particular business, marketing or revenue result.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RohiLabs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunity, arising from your use of Reeto.
Our total liability arising out of or relating to these terms or the service is limited to the greater of one hundred Canadian dollars (CAD $100) or the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
13. Indemnity
You will indemnify and hold harmless RohiLabs, its parent company, and its directors, officers and employees against claims, damages, losses and reasonable legal costs arising from your content, your use of the service, or your breach of these terms or of applicable law.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict of law rules.
Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alberta, Canada. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer law in your country of residence.

15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. For material changes we will give at least 30 days’ notice by email or in the application. Continuing to use Reeto after the change takes effect means you accept the revised terms. If you do not accept them, cancel before they take effect.
16. General
Entire agreement. These terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and RohiLabs regarding Reeto.
Severability. If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest remains in force.
No waiver. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
Assignment. You may not assign these terms without our written consent. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
